Blair R. Zwillman co-chairs the Firm’s Criminal and White Collar Crime Divisions and has over 40 years of experience with the criminal justice system. After serving as a Law Clerk to Superior Court Judge Joseph M. Thuring in Hudson County, he became a Deputy Attorney General in the Division of Criminal Justice, a section of the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, where he prosecuted cases. In 1979, Blair left state service and began the private practice of criminal law, with his primary goal to assist and defend those charged with crime.  He works hand in hand with physicians to protect their rights in criminal and administrative actions.

Len Garza serves as Special Counsel to the Firm and co-chairs the Litigation and Transactional Divisions. He and Ms. Gallagher have maintained a longstanding professional relationship since their days engaging in sophisticated medical malpractice defense of physicians and provide a collaborative approach toward the client experience. In addition to litigation, Len has extensive experience representing medical practices, healthcare entities, companies, business owners, and other stakeholders offering a wide variety of complex business and corporate services including entity formation, corporate governance, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions, sales, 501(c)(3) compliance and counseling, and more. Len routinely represents the firm’s clients in a broad range of commercial transactions, including the review, draft, and negotiation of a vast array of business agreements including those with shareholders, vendors, clients, partners, employees, and associates.

Len also counsels clients on estate planning matters, including the formation of trusts, wills and other structures, all designed to transfer assets to heirs and to charities in a tax-efficient manner that achieves the goals and respects the values of our clients.
