Len Garza Presents “The Business of Medicine” at #AROC2022 for the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons

On April 29, 2022, Len Garza was honored to present “The Business of Medicine” at the 2022 Atlantic Regional Osteopathic Conference (AROC) at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. Physicians in attendance received valuable insights on important factors to consider in order to advance and monetize their medical practices.

Len Garza serves as Special Counsel to The Nan Gallagher Law Group. He and Ms. Gallagher have maintained a longstanding professional relationship since their days engaging in sophisticated
medical malpractice defense of physicians. In addition to litigation, Len has extensive experience representing medical practices, healthcare entities, companies, business owners, and other stakeholders offering a wide variety of complex business and corporate services including entity formation, corporate governance, non-profit counseling and services, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions, sales, and more. Len routinely represents the firm’s clients in a broad range of commercial transactions, including the review, draft, and negotiation of a vast array of business agreements including those with shareholders, vendors, clients, partners, employees, and associates.

Len also counsels clients on estate planning matters, including the formation of trusts, wills and other structures, all designed to transfer assets to heirs and to charities in a tax-efficient manner that achieves the goals and respects the values of our clients. Len serves as a Volunteer Advocacy Ambassador for Autism Speaks and is a member of the Board of Trustees for Enable, Inc., a non-profit provider of services, resources, and support for adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities in Central New Jersey. Len is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Massachusetts, and is admitted to all federal courts in the major metropolitan areas of those jurisdictions.
