The Nan Gallagher Law Group Adds New Of Counsel, R. Bruce Crelin, Esq.

The Nan Gallagher Law Group is proud to announce that the firm has added R. Bruce Crelin to the roster.

Bruce Crelin serves as Of Counsel with The Nan Gallagher Law Group.  He and Ms. Gallagher have worked together for years collaborating on sophisticated healthcare litigations and adminstrative actions and zealously fighting in support of physicians’ rights. 

Mr. Crelin’s practice largely consists of complex commercial litigations before both state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels, and federal and state administrative agencies. He also counsels healthcare professionals on legal compliance, regulatory and business matters. From 1999 to 2005 and from 2006 until the firm ceased operations, he practiced healthcare law with the firm of Kern Augustine Conroy & Schoppmann, P.C., later known as Kern Augustine, P.C., having been made a partner in the firm in 2006. Mr. Crelin holds a Juris Doctor degree from The National Law Center, The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, cum laude, from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, where he was made a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  Mr. Crelin is a member of the Bars of the State of New Jersey, the District of Columbia, the State of New York, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York, and the United States Tax Court. He served as a member of the District XIII (Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Vicinages) Attorney Ethics Committee from 2009 –2013.

Mr. Crelin is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, US Supreme Court
