Nan Gallagher Invited to Present “360 Degree View of Best Practices in the Peer Review Hearing Process Part 1: How Did We Get Here?” for the American Health Law Association

On Wednesday, May 5th, Nan Gallagher was invited to be a co-panelist to present the “360 Degree View of Best Practices in the Peer Review Hearing Process Part 1: How Did We Get Here?” for the American Health Law Association (AHLA).  Ms. Gallagher shared the floor with esteemed healthcare attorneys from all over the country.  Drawing upon her niche practice serving Medical Staffs in the NY/NJ Metropolitan area, Ms. Gallagher offered the Medical Staff Counsel position on the Peer Review hearing process, while her co-panelists provided the hospital counsel, physician’s counsel, and hearing officer’s positions.
