On September 12, 2022, Nan Gallagher served on an elite panel of esteemed cardiologists to present guidance, analytics, and legal strategies on “Restrictive Covenants” for the New York State Chapter of the American College of Cardiology.  This was her first time speaking to this audience of cardiologists and cardiac surgeons, and her critical insights were appreciated.

The New York State Chapter of the American College of Cardiology (NYACC) “was formed for the purpose of contributing to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and ensuring optimal quality of care for individuals with such diseases.  It functions, in consultation with ACC’s leadership, as an adviser to governmental and professional organizations regarding cardiovascular disease.
