Latest News – Nan Gallagher Thwarts Reciprocal Discipline in New Jersey for Client with Multiple State Licenses

We are happy to report that Nan Gallagher was able to successfully avoid reciprocal discipline from the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners for her dermatologist client with licenses in four states.  The State Board sought to impose sanctions upon the practitioner in connection with alleged regulatory improprieties at issue in Florida.  Ms. Gallagher was able to distinguish and undermine the allegations, thus obviating any basis for initiating disciplinary measures in this state.  The State Board dismissed the entire inquiry, finding all evidence submitted compelling and no basis to initiate disciplinary action.
