On November 12, 2019, Nan Gallagher provided annual HIPAA & OSHA Training for the entire staff of a busy Livingston, New Jersey medical practice. Comprehensive HIPAA and OSHA Manuals she prepared were reviewed during this session. Each attendee received a certificate of attendance to demonstrate compliance. Ms. Gallagher also gave an overview of the recent investigative and disciplinary trends of the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners.
