Jessica Ellis-Wilson, CMPE co-chairs the Practice Management and Compliance Divisions for the Firm.  She is an accomplished consultant, speaker, and coach with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and nonprofit spaces.  Board-Certified through the American College of Medical Practice Executives, Jessica is a Past President of MA/RI Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and is the founder and principal of the consulting firm Practical Management.  A former executive leader, Jessica has worked with community health centers, private practices, academic medical centers, public health agencies, and concierge groups, and now devotes her time to helping private practices succeed and speaking across the country on a variety of healthcare and leadership topics.  She also organizes Board/Executive retreats and offers leadership consulting in such fields as executive coaching, organizational transformation, and cultural sensitivity.   

Jessica is involved with every facet of practice management and offers counseling and education to medical practices on compliance, Human Resources, employment issues and disputes, staff structuring and training, and diversity/equity/inclusion.  She also works collaboratively with Ms. Gallagher to envision and create medical practices from the ground up, promoting compliance, and educating staff to avoid future risks and to promote a healthy and productive work environment.  The two women are regularly invited to speak nationally on these subjects and are often touted for their avant-garde, bold, and informative presentations.
