On Thursday, April 4th, Nan Gallagher presented her new, engaging and interactive lecture on “Managing The Problem Employee” for the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Professional Coders at a packed Lance Auditorium at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.  Attendees of the presentation received a primer on properly screening staff before employing them, the importance of good documentation, effective discipline measures, the art of termination, and other very important considerations when managing a problem employee.
