On January 18, 2019, The Nan Gallagher Law Group’s diligent efforts on behalf of one of their clients paid off. An accomplished female osteopathic physician in the community was wrongfully terminated and denied unemployment benefits under the false guise of “gross misconduct” by her employer. Our two founding partners collaboratively and zealously argued her cause before the Appeals Tribunal and were successful in having the original unemployment benefits denial overturned.
