On December 28, 2018, Nan Gallagher successfully settled disputed poor performance and potential discrimination claims of on behalf of our pregnant physician client with a major medical center in the New York Metropolitan Area. Included in the settlement was payment of back pay, certain future wages, health benefits, and bonus.
