On June 10th, 2019, Nan Gallagher surprise ambushed one of her medical practice clients in Coatesville, Pennsylvania and conducted an on-the-spot compliance evaluation. Simulating the acts of the Board of Medicine and other agency investigators, Ms. Gallagher arrived at an unscheduled time requesting immediate access to the practice to perform a mock inspection. Violations were found and faux penalties were assessed. The practice is now in full regulatory compliance.
