The Nan Gallagher Law Group, General Counsel to the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society, would like to congratulate Dr. Christian Robertozzi as he was recognized with the Distinguished Service Citation at the 2019 APMA House of Delegates.
According to the APMA website, “APMA Past President Christian Robertozzi, DPM, is the winner of the Distinguished Service Citation. APMA approved a resolution to award Dr. Robertozzi the Distinguished Service Citation on Saturday for his pioneering leadership in advocating for hospital privileges for DPMs. He became the first podiatrist to serve as chief of the medical staff at Newton Medical Center in Newton, NJ. He is past president of the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society, longtime delegate to the APMA House of Delegates, and consultant to the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners, and he served as a captain in the US Army Reserve. His advocacy will continue to play an essential role in the future of the profession.”
